Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We DO NOT store financial details such as credit or debit card numbers as this is done by a third party using Paypal.
Price
We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notice. Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction.
Returns/Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are either dissatisfied with the product or the shoes do not fit we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange for a different size. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Shoes must be returned to us within 28 days, obviously in an unworn condition and with a copy of the invoice enclosed. Please include a message so we know whether to exchange or refund.
We cannot be held liable for any shoes that are lost in post when returning the shoes, we therefore suggest that a proof of postage is obtained.
